Technical Difficulties

Things are picking up and there is too much to report from the All-star weekend that happened 2 months ago to March Madness...rest assure an update will be coming soon.

Until then I leave you with a pic of who I think should be MVP for the NBA this year and a pic of which team I think will win the NCAA championship.

mini update

How low will the loonie go? Hopefully no lower than $.90US for the sake of our franchises

Gilbert Arenas off for 3 month due to knee surgery and is lonely after breaking up with his girlfriend (mother of his two kids)

Mike ‘Pinball’ Clemons resigns as head coach to become Argos President

Cleveland Cavs suffers with James on bench with injury

Redskin Sean Taylor’s Murderer, 17 years old, wants plea deal

Jason Kidd not on strike because of failed contract negotiations, he was sick, that’s why he missed game against Knicks

NBA Standings

The Raps have finally gone above the .500 mark with winning their last 3 games and moving to a 13-10 record. Unfortunately for them, they are in the same division as the Boston Celtics who are at .900, the best in the league.

Arenas Dramas

You get chased down by a women who has a paternity suit against you and you hook up with her and have another baby? Wow. Didn't you learn anything from the professional playa's life handbook? Thou shall not have more than one baby per gold digger, unless you wife her. It's not that hard, man.

Apparently Gilbert Arenas is following in line with Tracy McGrady and Lebron James and has allowed a women to have two of his children but unlike them, Arenas has called it quits for now. It was too stressful for him, he alluded to on his number one celebrity blog. He broke things off with his girl and she and the children moved back to California.

He does admit to being lonely without his kids. Odds are he and his girlfriend will be hooking up again in the near future. He's only 25 and was probably feeling a bit 'closed in' (his words).

Whatever happens, hopefully he will continue to improve his game and get a spot on the All-Star team again.

mini update

Lots to report on.

First, obviously the Argos lost a couple of weeks ago thus making the Grey Cup game between the Roughriders and the Blue Bombers. The Roughriders won.

Congrats to them and to the fans from Saskatchewan that made their way to Toronto to support them.

Next, what is really going on with the Knicks? Isiah fired? Marbury disgruntled? They need to get it together and stop being the soap opera of the NBA.

Finally, the Raptors lead man, Chris Bosh, was at a BMO signing today. Himself, Anthony Parker and GM, Brian Colangelo (in photo) were there talking about the currently season and what they hope for. It was interesting. They basically wanted to get off to a better start and want to have more dedicated players like CB4.
